Alisha is a business degree graduate from the University of Queensland and has held roles in finance and operations.
Alisha founded Al & Bel after leaving the corporate world to pursue her desire to add value to small businesses. Alisha is passionate (and some would argue OCD), about business processes and systems, and the importance of these components to the success of a business. In recent times, Alisha has devoted her attention to marketing and in particular, the power in social media.

Belinda founded Al & Bel Consulting on the above philosophy - filling the gap to help small businesses become medium businesses and so on. As a Qualified Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland, 15+ years experience in Accounting and Finance a Registered BAS Agent, and certified Xero advisor, Belinda loves simplifying the numbers so that they tell a story. Belinda believes that if an owner can understand their financial position, they are empowered to make better business decisions.
